Already has tubular headers. Add the “Hyper Pak” intake and you’re golden.

I’d drop a Max Wedge and a 5-speed in there if it was mine.

Oooooooh that better be rust-free because you’ll never find new body panels

Cross Ram 440! I assumed you wanted to keep the six, I’ve wanted to build a max wedge Polara for years.

I would hope that it is

with that license plat, i was expecting more........

That plate is writing checks that the slant-6 can’t cash.

As is everyone. It needs it.

first thought: I didn;t know Mitsubishi made Lancers that far back.
second thought: O wow its a Dodge.
third thought: whoa what the fuck is this thing

Buy this, tell all your friends you bought a new lancer. Wait for the Lola.
Np. Never new this car existed, super happy it does.

Either a 413 or a 426 Wedge would be perfect for that car.

It’s a manual swap away from quirky greatness!

PUSH-BUTTON AUTOMATIC.............. how many of those are left in this world.......

As much as I appreciate something weird like that, I just wouldn’t want to drive it. But it doesn’t matter because I’m not going to buy the car and even if I did, I wouldn’t have the energy or skill to swap it.

naw, i just thought it was a bit funny, you talking about “quirky” swap, when its hard to beat a push button for quirks.........
manual would be fun though..........

Goddamn love early ‘60s MOPAR. Some of the most daring designs of all time. This needs more Max Wedge though.

Wow I have a large urge of want, I don’t think I’ve ever seen the wagon before.

$8,800? I have 99 problems, and I’m glad this POS ain’t one of ‘em.
It’s pretty, but who knows what’s been done to it? Better to find one stock and start from scratch.
And what’s with covering the tag? It’s public - anyone can take a photo of your car if it’s outside. Get over yourself.

I’ve never seen a Lancer wagon before, that's gorgeous...

I look at that and imagine it’s what Adam West drives to the grocery store on Sundays. In full costume, no less.
But in all seriousness, if it were 5 grand I’d be all over it. 8800, reserve not met, means it will be too pricey given the necessary 413/426 Max Wedge swap i’d be doing right away.
But damn, it’s pretty.
